Angel and Gemeinhardt Form Alliance
Elkhart, Ind., August 25, 2005 — Angel Industries Company Ltd. and Gemeinhardt Company, LLC have entered into a long-term agreement to collaborate in the development, manufacture, and distribution of high-quality student, intermediate and professional level flutes.
Through this announcement, both companies have agreed to exchange technologies, materials, market expertise, and processes to bring each to a new level of excellence while allowing both to more effectively compete globally.
