Carolyn's industry experience includes Elkhart-based Conn-Selmer, where she was responsible for managing the company's marketing team and overseeing brand management of the company's 19 musical instrument brands. Previously, she was director of Conn-Selmer University, where she managed curriculum development and worked to develop an educational division plan for Conn-Selmer Inc.
Ms. Manley has been a band director at the elementary, junior high school and high school levels and received a B.S. in Music Education from Ball State University, completed graduate work in music education at Indiana University in South Bend.
